I have recently called two times on two different days in regaurds to my order(ALUMINUM TANK) on both occasions you placed me on hold and came back and told me that you would call me back and never did...i was told that it would be 3 weeks before you would have it then you would ship it to me..i said i would take a smaller tank and still no reply...I know its not your biggest order but they all count right....next time its suicidedoors.com they had my valves in 3 days to my door...Thanks Craig

call and ask for victor, he took care of me when i didnt get all my stuff... FBI takes forever to ship out stuff, and its a pretty unorganized business but the prices they had vs everyone else, i couldnt resist, and i ordered my complete kit way way in advance of me needing it

And not even a response from the FBI guys? Come on guys, everyone is reading this andit doesn't make you look good.

i hate being put on hold!

i been waiting for 2 weeks for a replacement window that i received broken, i received it on a friday at 8 am by 830 am they had pictures of it and talked to them, called monday said they got the ok to ship new one ,week later called still no ship
called yesterday still no ship
truck in body shop waiting just for this
and i got my flip kit 2 weeks after my order and they said they dont know why? they had it in stock
just venting alittle cause i wait my truck back

If you look a couple posts up from yours you'll find that a guy from FBI already responded. Also, they probably don't get paid to surf Streetsource looking for FBI threads so sometimes it may take awhile
