2002 Ford F-150 Supercrew Cup Size????

I have a friend witha 2002 Ford F-150 Supercrew. It is bagged but the job is uh well lets not get into that. My question is How tall is the upper cup and lower cup? And the Diameter? Already has drop spindals. They took the metal caps on the airlift bags and welded pipe to them so these cups are garbage,and don't want to copy them because who know if there right. Info would be helpful. He is running a 20 with a 245/45r20 but might want to run a 22" someday. I could find any info on cup size in the forums. Thank You

CUT THE SPRING POCKET OFF AND DO A TORSION STYLE BRACKET. PLATE THE LOWER CONTROL ARM AND STUFF A SLAMS RE7 IN IT AND IT WILL GET PLENTY OF LIFT AND RIDE GOOD. CUPS ARE A PAIN IN THE BUT.
