I have a 96' tacoma (automatic) and I hate not having a stick......(plus my gas millage sucks ass.....
how hard would it be to install a manual tranny, clutch pedal, resovoir and what not??? Is there already a place for them to mount on the fire wall? or will I have to fab up some shit?

Has anyone else done this? Pics would help if you have them thanks!

i would imagine the holes n shit are already there. id try to find a truck at the jyard and pull everything including the drive shaft.

^^^That's what I'm hoping,......it does'nt seem like it would be that hard if everything bolted right in

I just wanted to make sure it was as simple as swapping trannys and maounting a clutch pedal

do you think the drive shaft will make a differnce (are they diffrent)?

The drive shaft will most likely be different lengths since the auto trans is normally longer
