in my truck, like door handle, window knob, dash, etc. Like a high heat resistant pain or something, so I wont have to deal with the damn paint chipping off in the future.

I'm sure someone will chime in with a better answer but i believe Krylon makes a line of spray bombs called Fusion which is designed to adhere to plastic...

All I did was sand the crap out of my parts to get the wrinkle texture out of the plastic and used a Plastic Adhesion Promoter from Dupont before I layed down any primer. Ask your local paint store about it and they'll be able to get you in the right direction but any of those parts you listed above shouldn't ever get to the temp that they'll start chipping or flaking off. Its all about your prep work.
