This is what me and a good friend and fellow minitrucker have been worken on in our free time as much as possible for the past couple months. Seeing as how oklahoma sucks for truck shows we needed something to keep us busy and to give us something to do while we wait for the show season to kick off. So here's the pic's it's got a motor comen together as well as a strong turbo 350 so now all we lack is getten the motor in and getten the transmission to fit and were draggin! Enjoy the pic's guys, and post up pic's of your bodydrop projects/progress if you have any!!! Later!

I plan on runnen 22's eventually. I'm hopen i can get enough money together to get a set of wheels soon tho. Next ordeal is gonna be paint and body work. But yeah man i can't wait till it's back together! It's gonna be some fun!

We stockfloored it obviously. We also tubbed the firewall. We reworked the control arms to lay out better and pie cut them to give it a better ball joint angle when laid out. We built a trans crossmember that tucks up in the frame to keep from hitten the ground. It's gonna have a fleetside bed on it. I was gonna run a stepside bed but i don't feel like reworken one for 22's so i'll just go fleetside. And i like the fleetside's better personally. I'm hopen to shave the handles on the door shave the tailgate the lights, gas door and stake holes are done already. So i just gotta finish out the bed and paint it. Then i gotta work on finishen up the interior. But it was actually fairly easy once the body was off. The frame part is pretty self explanitory chop the frame and reinforce it lower body mounts and put the body on. I got to redo some brake line cause the ones goen to the master cylinder hit the control arm (LMAO). So once thats done and the motors together look out!

Parts i only got like maybe 500$ in it? Maybe a little less. 115 for a 24ft stick of 2x4x3/16 and then like 120$ in round tube and a stick of 2x2x1/4 and some 6inx12ftx3/16 for plating. So maybe 200$ in wire misc tools and little stuff paint sandpaper. The wheel tubs cost me 25 bucks to do the firewall. I probably have less then 400$ now that i think of it. Were also building a 6 link setup with the 2x2 we have. So yeah, other then that it was pretty cheap. Definatly worth the 2500$ my local guy charges to do a stockfloor. But it was fun being able to help out. I definatly don't suggest doen the work unless you are sure of your talents at fabrication and math!
