83 b2000

ok im lookin in to buying an 83 b2000 and would like some input on this the truck is in decent shape but it needs a little work but i want to bag it but no one carries mazda stuff or i just cant find it im not againt fabing stuff myy self but if someone could help me find something i just dont want to fab the whole thing myself cause i just dont have the time if it is something like that

Try www.fordcouriercollector.com its the same truck as that mazda not air bag stuff but you can find body parts and stuff there

i dont think your going to find a bolt on kit for a mazda. your going to want a 4 link and notch for the rear and torsion bar brackets for the front. I can put an air kit together for you if you can weld. if your interested drop me an email brian@illusivefabrications.com

Check the chassis out really well for rot if you decide to buy it. I had an 83 with a nice body but the frame was bad, you would have never guessed it by looking at the exterior. Good luck, they are really fun little trucks to work on. I cut my teeth on an 81 GT longbed back in the day, always loved them since then.

thanks guys i looked it over body and frame are good and the guy gave me a good price so im buyin it it also has control arms on the front so what cups do i use for it?

You wont need torsion bar brackets seeings how it has coils in the front....
