I have 2 of these style fibeglass bodies we built frames for and turned them into strollers for my little girl. One is a flat black 50's buick with the big teeth grille and hot pink pinstriped flames. It has handmade stainless steel fender skirts.I bought pedal car wheels from speedway catalog and put caster wheels behind the front ones so it would turn. The other one is almost done it is a 49 merc getting painted panther pink. It has hand made lake pipes and bumpers and grille. Ihave been meaning to put them up I guess now will be a good time to make profiles for them.

ive made a few for friends kids.here is the most recent. its only got 1/2" clearance and it still steers! i dropped it and used a shopping cart caster swivel for the steering, painted it (faux rust) and striped it. the interior is done in black leather.and its got a functional trunk too!
