hopped truck now engine makes noise...

ok first off. 91 chevy fullsize std cab short bed 350...
air suspension.
long story short... ran too much psi on my nitrogen bottle, accidentally hopped front of truck about 6 inches then this started..
truck was not running when it hopped.
i come out about hour after hopping it and turn it on. it sounds like something is broken and rattling around my engine. i turn it off. next day i go out and pull off my valve covers thinking its a lifter or something. no scratch marks on the inside of my valve covers. nothing looks out of place. i have engine running and all of a sudden the occasional rattle sound from inside the engine turns into a rhythmic ticking noise. feeling around i feel it mainly on the heads and intake. i touch the lower block and feel nothing. knock sensor is not throwing codes. truck dies out. after a couple mins of running like poo.

million kudos to who solves what the problem may be. i have checked motor mounts they are good. i have checked under valve covers. i have checked water pump and all belt driven accessories. i have also checked to make sure the rotor was not hitting the distributor.

any ideas what i should check next? its not throwing any codes...
sadly i was supposed to hit a big show this weekend...

check the fan shroud , make sure that its not hitting . im sure thats not how to spell it but u get the idea

with it running take a wood 2x4 hold it on top of valve covers over top of each cyinder and hold ur hear to the other end of 2x4 and see where it is louder at and if it is tiking or knocking

i dunno what it was. i did the seafoam trick. half a can in gas tank... half thru the vaccuum line.... and 1 bottle in the oil. ok its more than i should have done but i was desperate. seriously. smokes like hell but thats what it said it would do. smoke is dying down alot. if you havent used this stuff and your car or truck runs like poop i would almost be willing to buy you the 7 dollar can of this wonder liquid....

yeah as of right now it is fixed.... not holding my breath but keeping fingers crossed. ha. i drove it like a moron with it floored for about half hour burning rubber around corners and driving like a douche thinkin if its gonna break again might as well have it right now not when i am going down the freeway
