i have a 93 s10 regular cab truck that the exaughst hangs down lower than the frame by a 1/4 in the Y pipe cuz its a v6. So would you cut the Y pipe out and dual it out or try to cut and move up the Y pipe?
Another problem is that it Y's right underneath the trans. and didnt have as much room as i thought between them. and i dont want the exhaust to raddle on the trans
on every s10 I have owned I always extended the pipe back further and tucked it up a little higher. Never had a problem with it that way. I'm not sure if the older trucks are the same exhaustwise but it shouldn't be that different.
