I need some advice

OK, heres the scoop....I met this girl and we started talking online. Totally as friends! Her jealous ex boyfriend broke into her house and went through her phone and found my number. Now he's been calling me every half hour for one and a half days. I'm really pissed now and a little nervous cause I don't know what this psychopath is gonna do. Myself and this girl are going to the police tomorrow to file a restraining order and a harrasment complaint. Any advice on what to do would be great. I got enough shit going on in my life without this douchebag on my case. I DIDN'T EVEN DO ANYTHING! I've met this girl once for like five minutes then just started saying hi to her on myspace. This guy is borderline obsessive. I don't want any trouble, but he keeps calling me all day leaving messages like "stay the f--k away". Everytime I pick up the phone....the little faggot won't even say nothing. He just hangs up. I really hopes this ends without any drama. If he shows up at my shop one day irrate cause I'm friends with his ex girl. ..I'm gonna crack his skull in two. Who should I talk too? What advice would you give.

sounds like your on the right track to me buddy. how old is the dude? and you could block his number from you phone. but he could just use a diff number to call. hope that he doesnt come by your shop. cuz in the end im all for some violence. if the cops wont do anything, fuck it, whoop his ass for fun.

He's some 22 year old fat punk who talks big but apparently doesn't have the balls to back it up (excluding calling me all day and leaving threatening messages to stay away from his girlfriend)This freaking loser punches and spits and verbally abuses this girl. I'm not looking to be a hero or nothing, but I kinda feel like its my duty to step up and help her out, cause she obviously can't or won't help herself.

And God help him if he ever finds his way to my shop. I dont want any part of this retarded highschool drama, but I'll split his skull if I have to. Like I said, I'm no hero, I just take care of my own.

Tried to block his number, but I don't know how. Went throught the whole phone and all I could find was a way to restrict all calls.

I went through a stalkersituation, call your phone company and say you NEED his number blocked.
I hope it all blows over, because that is kinda a shitty situation with no real positive outcome, no matter what happens.

i remember a friend of mine had someone break into their house and steal a bunch of stuff.... the guy went to the same school.... my friend and his dad kidnapped the guy one day and held him at gunpoint, then drove him like an hour away and dropped him off in the woods..... ive always wanted a reason to do that....
