just wondering what thickness to use and where to buy?? I think I'm gonna run 3/8" line but might do 1/2" again what fittings are best? is it possible to use p.t.c. fittings?

3/8 is awhole lot easier to bend then 1/2, you can also get tighter bends with 3/8.. i had good luck with my swagelok fittings rated up to 5000psi no leaks at all.

I did my whole truck in 3/8" stainless steel hardline. Its more work but worth it IMO.

I just ordered a 20ft stick of 1/2 .049 wall 304 stainless. gonna pick it up tomorrow. Fucking shit is expensive! I found some stainless PTC fittings from Poweraire.com but damn they are expensive too. $50 bucks a piece. Any one know any other place to get stainless PTC fittings from?

it's hard and alot of work. But worth the results.

I am sure the very nice set up from Aaron above will agree. You need expensive tools for bending, and in my case flaring. 37 degree AN. without the right tools it's very frustrating. Take it from me. the Made in china bender and $30 flaring tool just don't cut it! I tried!

I bought my Stainless anealed 3/8 rolls from Summit.

Got my line today and went out to the shop to see if the PTC fittings would work. They didnt. I ordered all my all my compression type fittings and the other stainless stuff I need to plumb it up from Buyfittingsonline.com. They have a nice selection & the price wasnt to outragous.
