shorting the lower cotrol arms

could you do this on a ranger to help with camber issues? i know the tie rods would need to be shortened too. but how would it effect the suspension geometry??

I no brian riggs (slammedxonair) on here is makin control arms to be able to run big wheels and limit the amount of camber
