Why does everyone (seems that way) have the wheels/tires on their projects (before they are completed) mounted backwards, the tread patterns are always going opposite of rotation? I have been noticing this alot lately.
The frontier with the coy's wheels and zo6 brakes is a good example.
Am I missing something?

Because during mock up the rotation doesn't matter. I usually keep them on the correct side though. But then again, my tires aren't directional.

I know it doesn't matter, just wondering why it seems like they are always going backwards.
I was waiting for some weird answer that would make no sense at all.

They are on backwards because the project is moving along so slowly it may actually be regressing.

Is that a good answer?

I like that, makes me think that I need to go put mine on backwards.

maybe cause most people are drinkin while doing the build and probably didnt notice?...lol They are waiting for the one sober person from SSM to point that out and correct it before driving!
