Basically thats your answer...Unless you can find out someone willing at panasonic to work with you. But most likelly they wont help you because the idea of the code is, if it got stolen, its worthless.

Eclipse does something similar. You call them about a locked unit. They ask you for your name, adress, and phone number. They say its so they can mail you your new unlocking code. And what they really do is notify your local authorities to come arrest you.

I sold them for years, and it actually works

If you have any hookups at a speaker shop they can help you. i had a kenwood flip-out that i got cheap and i know the manager at a local speaker shop and he called some company and unlocked it for me.
