now that i have my truck on flat ground i noticed that the front of the frame doesnt lay out. its about a 1/4 inch off the ground. the back lays. well my balljoints are binding layed all the way. if i pie cut them do you think it will lay the rest of the way. i have reg spindles

well if your balljoints are binding, unbolt your control arms, and see if it lays. If it doesnt then its something other than your balljoints or spindles.

toys and other trucks dont lay flat you need to z the frame as for the binding get lowered spindles or flip the lower ball joint that should help

what about your front strut bars...the ones that go fomr the control arm to the front...are they hiting? the pitman arm?

ok it is z'd 2 inches and no my radius arms arent hitting the pitman arm. i just didnt wanna buy drop spindles. and is there another upper balljoint i can use that isnt so tall. the stock one is like a hair away from my rim and it lays when i unhook the top arm

Okay so your upper ball joint is binding. You should probably pie cut the arm to make it lay.

As far as the ball joint, you're out of luck there. I've looked, nothing really out there that is more low profile and the same taper. You would buy arms with a screw in ball joint, or build them yourself. Thats about the only way to get a lower profile grease cap.

i would flip the ball joints in the front, worked great on my buddys yota when we done that
