me and my lil bro have an s-10 with a 350 sb. We had to get the v8 motor mounts, v8 conversion headers because of the tight space the exhaust tubes have to go around your steering shaft. You have to notch or beat the firewall back so the exhaust flanges will clear. Thats pretty much it besides the wiring. i would also suggest a rear axle from an older Chevy Nova. We are gonna use the stock rearend, but we are gonna have to regear it. as for the drive shaft, if you use a Nova axle, you can use the driveshat also except you would have to either lengthen or shorten it. If you use the stock driveshaft you will need to get a v8 driveshaft and cut the front spline off and mate it to your driveshaft. Good luck
