well first measure in between your seats and then make a template with carboard. Next you go to home depot or lowes buy a sheet of mdf. Then you take the shape of the speaker the round part and trace the pattern on the wood. use a router and cut out two circles follow outside the circles and cut out. should look like rings. then cut out little pieces of wood and put your sub in the rings. then stand your subup on the tepmplates make sure sub has clearance in the back. then get some resin and fiberglass matting. lay the matting on the wood and staple it tight as you can get it. make sure the subs are out of the rings. lay the matting and resin over the wood. apply the resin in layers, sand smooth, apply til you get the desired form. use bondo for pinholes and to get the surface ready for paint. good luck
