03 Sonoma, what do you guys think

Last year I notched, bagged, and four linked an 03 sonoma. other than that it is all stock, with 36,000 miles on it. It has the 4 cyl. Paint is flawless other than a slip up for a sawzall. Do you think I should buy it for 7500, he pays taxes.
