4x4 fenders???

Hi, on the 99+ 4x4 silverado Z71. Do those plastic fender flairs (fat wheel well trim) pop off or are there holes when you remove them? Thanks.

Double sided tape. Use a heat gun. it may peel some of the paint off if they've been on for a while.
