DJM 4/6 Drop HELP

I have a 05 RCSB 4x2 silverado I lowered it 4/6 with a DJM drop kit (flip kit in the back with c-notch and bumpstops in place). When I hit a big bump my rear diff hits the box. Should I cut out the cross beam on the underside of the box over top of the diff? Or are my shock junk? I got the shocks from belltech for their 4/6 drop. Shock are band new as is the drop kit.

yes you need to trim that cross brace down above your pumpkin. If the shocks are new, Id leave em.
