pre taco rear end swap questions

how thick are the drums? can i use my tacoma drums on there? i ask because i found an older rear end but hes not sure what year and it has no drums. i need to know the drum thickness to figure the overall width. also, what do i do about the brake lines? is all that a direct swap?

just change over to disc, tacomaon24s has an easy set up using the stock tacoma front calipers and the rotors from a maxima with hand made brackets. Seth (twistedminis) did his using SVO.....damn I cant remember what his setup was exactly but I know it was good. In addition, I was sure he had a thread that showed his build of his rear disc conversion but I cant find it.... he's also had to tell us all at least 20 times what he did, so I'll try to dig it up.

i really just need to know how wide the drums are going to make it. im not doing a disk swap. i dont want to put any money into it at all if i dont have to so i can just sell it.
i feel that the rear end swap is one of the must do things.
