dually wheels

hi guys new to this forum, not truck building tho. Just bought an 80 chevy cc, and am going to convert it to a dually. My question for you guys who have been around duallys for some time now is are ford, dodge and chevy 1 ton wheels pretty much interchangeable or are the hubs different sizes? thank you for your time.

Different hub sizes in all of them and Ford has different pattern from 99-on. There was a fitment guide on here I did a few years back but don't remember where it is located.
