Emissions Inspection

I'm looking at getting a '97 bagged Nissan and it won't pass inspection. Is there anything I can do, with a fuel cell in the truck, to make it pass?

what is keeping it from passing? i'm not sure what to do about gas cap pressure, but you can have a bung welded for a 1/4 barb and stick the stock evap on there. its what i'm doing with mine.
