SA Craigslist find (78 Toyota Crew Cab? Dually Conversion)

I saw this on the SA Craigslist (http://sanantonio.craigslist.org/car/656163204.html) This is not mine but I have seen it in person and it is pretty rusty but I know how alot of people are looking for something different for projects. This is one of those trucks.

murph, yer killin me i almost that thing looks like a phuct conversion gone wrong.

It was conversion done back in the day. I would remove the extra cab and shorten the frame and have a single cab dually. That would be sick on some 19" dually wheels
