can't break a nut loose...

im trying to get the a/c suction hose off that runs through the firewall on my 92 toyota. the nut is rusted and hasn't moved in 16 years. i have tried using a torch to heat it up, but i don't want to twist it so hard that it breaks the evaporator or whatever it is thats on the inside of the firewall. any suggestions?

use lots of Jigaloo, that should work
