What are you guys using to grind/smooth out welds in tight corners and stuff.... obviously a regular grinder isn't really going to get in there.

3" grinder and 3" angle grinder with one of those 3m or roloc green grinding disks

depends on how tight of a corner...but a carbide bit on a die grinder or right angle die grinder

can't find the type i use, but they're real similar

or rat tail files, or hell, even a dremel

depends ... cut off wheel is always good to cut most of it down ... even put a cut off wheel on an right angle air grinder..... then use a flap disk to finish it....
even those burr carbine that mention above is good.... save yourself some time and dont buy the cheaps one either.....

definately don't go with the cheap ones. i had a set & i couldn't tell if the bit was grinding the weld or if the weld was grinding down the bit...

I used a cylindrical file for the 90 degree joints which I couldnt get the flap disk in. One of those carbide bits would work great though!
