How narrow can you go and still have everything working correctly?I am building a frame thats been narrowed 11"s overall and am trying to decide on where to mount the link bars, inside or outside the rails. The rails are 25.5" inside to inside.

with it narrowed that much you should have plenty of room to mount your lower bars on the outside. A wider stance will help with handling and ride quality.

Having a narrow frame is not a problem, it's the narrow bars that becomes an issue. I would do as Chris said and run the bars to the outside of the frame.
