Question about roll steer

I am having some roll steer issues I think. The truck wants to oversteer when cornering. First, would a sway bar help? Second, is it caused by the 4 link being toward the center of the vehicle instead of outward. Also, could it be caused by an improperly setup watts link? I need to figure this out.

Chances are that the truck would not have any roll-steer issues if the links were as far to the outside as possible. The closer they get the more it compounds the otherwise minimal roll-steer generated by every link system.
