Im having problems with my pinion angle. I was curious if the way i have my 4 link setup would be the problem. I have my lower bars forward and my upper bars triangulated reversed. Some told me thats my problem. It sounds like the carrier on the drive shaft is starting to raise hell. I did notice that the u-joint does have plenty of clearance either all the way up or all the way down. I set it up 2 degrees below with the driveshaft parrellel to the carrier. Any help would be much appreciated.

I have the same kinda setup on mine and it sucks. The upper bars pull the rearend towards the back of the truck and pulls your carrier bearing apart. Im on my third one!

Put your upper bars forward and you should be fine, im in the process of doing that to mine.
