The only good way to do a reverse 4 link is to make the bars as long as possible to keep the rearend moving on a very large arc to keep the front to rear travel as little as possible. It appears that the guy is doing that.
The only problem with making bars as long as possible is that sometimes people tend to make the triangulated bars very straight and not have much angle at all. This tends to look ok when installing. However when driving and turning the whole rear of the truck will shift side to side easily and trash the bushings in a short amount of time. Since the bags are going to be mounted forward of the halfway point the up and down travel wont be too much for the slipjoint of the driveline.
Mounting bushings at an angle only worsens the problem and when opposing bushings are not in line with each other it also worsens the problem. The bushings being poly and strong will help and the whole setup should and probably will be watched for premature wear. As long as theres not alot of up and down travel the setup should work great.
From the pics above it appears to look well done. The only other choice for a reverse 4 link setup would be all 4 bars straight and a watts link.
