Its a 99 Ford Ranger the leaf springs are still in the rear and the truck dosent lay. I dont know what kind of link is in it and i was wondering if anyone could help me out? Why does it still have the leaf springs and how hard would it be to make it lay? sry if these are dumb questions im new to trucks.

I know these arent the best pics but there the onlys ones I have. Any help would be appreciated.

its got a mono leaf set up its a realy old way of doing it before everyone linked there trucks if its only not laying in the back itll be easy to make it just 4 link it and you should be good to go and youll probably have to relocate your gas tanks since they hang below the frames on rangers

to lay full frame you will have to z it and get upper and lower arms and move the gas tank and get rid of the heater box

hear bad things about mono leaf set ups, if they were cool we'd see more of em. from the look of the plumbing, this was an ultra budget job... it might be good for to and from work or school (short distances) so that if the suspension gives out on you, you don't have far to walk (I only say it like that because I am a skeptic). All in all the truck looks pretty clean from the photos. Rangers can be made to look sick on the ground but with more work than other minis. Do a profile search on all the rangers in this site and research all the diffrent tricks they had to pull to get their ride where they want it, maybe that'll give you an idea of what it'll take in the future.
