i remember reading a thread a couple of weeks (maybe a month) ago where someone posted a link to a company that would let you design your own steering wheel. I believe the price for a one off wheel was $389. Anyone know of this company? I remember on their website they had lots of pics of hot rod steering wheels that people had done with 32 and 48 as the spokes and stuff, and they had a page you could print out with the basic wheel shape, you design it and fax it to them, they drew it with some software and got back to you for the final design. I tried looking through old posts, but the search function is fucked (imagine that), and i can't find the post. Can someone help please?

no, it was'nt bad, i've tried like hell to call them but no one ever answers the phone or email. It was some hot rod place, i'm almost sure of it.

No problem glad I could help! Getting a 1-off steering wheel is the only way to go! Just so you know, their steering wheel designs are all made flat. IE they do not have a bowl shape like regular steering wheels do.
They make some nice stuff. Just wanted you to know before you got one, not sure if it would have a different feel with the wheel being a flat design instead of bowl like other wheels. Here is a picture of what I am talking about. I saw them at THW one year. Hope that wasn't confusing?
