Anybody Know How To Get Ahold Of B.A.D?!?

like it says up top does anybody know how to get ahold of billet accessories direct?!?! i have called them and left them emails and nothing back so far..and i really want to get ahold of them so i can order some wheels from them so any info on them will be appreciated. thanks

I was going to order a billet steering wheel from fbi, The b.a.d wheel, but they said that they will not carry them much longer due to the fact that they can not get a hold of anyone at B.A.D. to bad they have some nice wheels.

Not sure whats going on then. They've always answered for me honestly.

I've called them like 10 times A day for about a month straight and finally got somebody. Ordered a part, gave them my credit card info, and haven't seen the part. Tried calling again after the part didnt show up and never got another answer. Luckily they didn't charge my credit card. Good luck with your order.

Dan over here talked to one of the guys from BAD last week. The thing to remember is that they all have "day jobs", and they do the steering wheels on the side. This keeps the prices down, but obviously it affects their turnaround time when their real jobs get busy!
We've taken their steering wheels off of our site until they get a bit more caught up, and then we'll see about taking orders again.
They're all good guys over there, and the product is well worth the wait, so unless you need a wheel for a specific show, hang tight and let them do their thing...

As for getting a hold of them, I think email is your best bet. They take a while to answer, but they've always gotten back to us eventually. Good luck!

I have been having the same problem.. I need to order my wheels and I can't get ahold of anyone

Im still waiting on my steering wheel and cant get ahold of them. Been told twice it was at the polishers or going to get sent to the polishers. I designed a steering wheel over a year ago for them in exchange for one. They changed it up just a tad bit but im still waiting on mine. They even have a matching set of wheels for it. If someone from BAD sees this thread, id love to get my steering wheel before my car comes out of the shop in June for STC.

I called them about 2 weeks ago with a question and they answered right away

A friend and I have also had troubles lately getting ahold of them.

After I saw this thread I called Jason right away. He answered the phone, I then told him that some people were trying to get ahold of him and he said they have been having a good bit of phone troubles lately. He also told me there had been some bad weather up their way, so who knows? All I can tell you guys is that they are always really good about building my stuff in a timely manner and returning my calls. It is true that they are a fulltime machine shop deticated to non automotive related stuff during the day, they machine & fill orders at night for all of the BAD products. They are really good guys that I know would never jerk anyone around, they just sometimes get a little bit backed up. All I can say is keep trying to get ahold of them and when you call make sure you leave a message stating what you want or are looking for, they'll take care of you, goodluck.
