i'm pretty heavy into the vip thing even though i drive a semi-luxury car at best. thought i'd shed a little light on the subject.

vip is a beast. there are strong guidelines that many feel you must go by. theres only a few cars that are taditional "platforms" to work with and are available in the u.s.(gs,ls,q,m). parts are crazy exspensive and thats the way most like it. kind of a status thing. the camber and stretched tires are more steps to fitting low offset/wide wheels on slammed cars, although some (especially in japan) have kind of ran with it as a styling cue.

vipstylecars.com is a fountain of information, but be warned. if you're thinkin about going vip you might get sucked in and (hopefully) you will want to do it big. its pay to play and the cost is high.

i tweaked the pic of that benz above, thought i came out cool. i've been playing around w/ selective coloring in pics. hope no one minds i have the fullsize version too if the owner wants it.

Hello fellas, im new to this site, my boy Fat Rob of Fat Rob's Customs in san antonio told me about this site. I am buying an 03 745i and he is gonna bag it for me, im gonna throw some 22's on it and a little paint and ride. I am looking for a nice daily driver and i think they are one of the nices and most reasonably priced luxury cars i can find in this area. a guy i work with is selling his pearl white gs lexus the 070 pearl white (the good one) nice car id buy it but im broke! pm me if your interested i can get pics and contact info if u ask. what about a bagged ferrari dyno on dubs is that considered vip? i got one of those layin around. i think it might be 4 lug though, might be a little hard to find wheels! oh and the gs is already on 20s so......even better

Yea im interested, cuz i have noticed that most of those vip cars are japanese cars, not so much european, but i can make it work out!

vip is traditionally japanese sedans but the whole style was influenced by high end euros back in the day. there a little merc support in the vip industry but i don't see that much for bmw. all you really gotta do is slam it on some well fitting high end wheels (no, not dubs or tis or whatever... vip plays stuff like work, leon harditt, trafficstar, etc.) and go from there. there really are no rules though, just a style and some guidelines.
