tahoe fuel hardlines?

anyone KNOW what size the hard lines and the fittings are on a 96 tahoe? I need to reclip the rear for the notch and raise the gas tank and i would like to tie into the factory lines right about mid way back on the frame. Can it be done and anyone have a good link to buy the materials to do it? I know some one out there has done this before.

most gms have a 3/8 supply 5/16 return and 1/4 vent lines.

not sure there. i used high psi fuel hose and clamps to extend mine.
