Need advice on Single wheel conversion

I have always dreamed of a wide single wheel on the rear keeping the dually fenders.

Phanton style.

20x15
or 20x12 with a single wheel 14 bolt rear?

Has anyone done this one?

My truck is a weird one, it came from factory with 6lug front hubs.

Heres a pic of what I am wanting.

just depends if you want 5,6 or 8 lug....biggest think will be finding a wheel you like....if its 5 lug you will need a stock lenght 5 lug rear end and just add a wide wheel and fenders then skinnies up front....if you want 6 or 8 lug same thing applies....front suspensions are interchangable
