i would just build one on a air cylinder. air cylinder from ebay... 3 bucks. shitty air valves. maybe 30 bucks. thats it. compared to the 250... i have seen them and i am not a huge fan.

all it is..is a power antenna with some brackets to make the plate move up and down...

i had one on my old yota that was mounted inside the tailgate skin combo. like trevor said, i too used an antenna from a scrap yard. we had to modify the geared chain thingy in it so that it didnt keep clicking when it when up and down but it wasnt too difficult. took a few hours to get it "geared" correctly.
