any one know what this cross member fits?

Ive had this sitting around for a while. I thought it was 97 and back s10 transmission cross member but i was wrong.

i'm gonna guess its an s10 carrier bearing crossmember. holes look about right.

thats what I was thinking but that wasnt the case heres my stock cross member and what I had to replace it with.

it looks like raised or drag proof 2nd gen s10 carrier bearing croos memeber.

on my truck every thing lined up but were the baring attaches. SD's looks completely different.

the crossmember you have is center in the middel of the mounting pads. then the tabs come off to match the carrier bearing. SDs the bar is offset on the mounting pads so there no need to the tabs. did you try putting your in both ways? ive heard of peopl trying to put the SD on in till they noticed it had to go one way.
