so i just finished baggin the back end of my truck with a 2 link panhard setup just wonderin what people are doin to correct there pinion angles after wards cause i'm gettin a wicked vibration in my driveshaft as im pickin up speed?

you need to set the pinion angle at ride height

what is used to angle the driveshaft back to it degree shimes or something?

the lower spring mounts that you welded to rear end is what is used when you do it, since most trucks dont have them on the bottom of the rear end so when you set it up you dont weld it fully till you have you angle set then you weld it to the rear end housing but some ppl do it differently
