i have an 87 suburban 5 lug that's bagged, i need to know what backspacing/offset i should get. I'm retarted as hell when it comes to this, i'm trying to get some shops to help me but they won't return calls or emails. please help.

also, i would like a big lip if possible without getting too far into my control arms, is it the bigger the offset, the bigger the lip or vice versa?

on a rear wheel drive style wheel i thnk the higher number the further in it sets... like on my ram im running 22x 9.5's and i went with a +35 offset so they would tuck when my airride parts get here...and i think i was told on a 2000 model silverado i think to run a 24 u have to have at least a +30 or +35...i know neither of those are what u have but maybe it will give ya somewhere to start looking

the wheels that centerline produce are made to tuk on the 73-99 chevy trucks with ease so you could go with there b/s that they have for the wheels, only drawback that if you run 22s you have to get almost max lift to turn, a buddy of mine just had his c-1o's frt end redone by ekstensive, they narrowed the control arms and did some work so that he can roll low and almost turn lock to lock since he bought 20s but when he had 22s he had to get almost stock height to be able to turn

ok, so is a rear wheel drive a 35 or so offset? and front wheel around 13? I found a site where you order the offset, and also 5x5 lug pattern is the same as 5x127, right?
