bd hardbody question

i was talking to a buddy of mine and he bought a hardbody bagged and bd on 20's, and mine is bagged and bd on 17's. his had a bad vibration and they checked it out and the firewall is right up against the engine and they argued with me saying that when u bd a hardbody you are supposed to move the cab forward an inch to center the wheels and mine is done wrong. anybody ever heard of this. sorry for the long paragraph.

mines not moved forward and i dont have any problems like that. the vibration hes getting is prolly pinion angle. thats the most common vibration on hb's

You do not have to slide the body forward on hardbodies, straight down. Some do it on S-10's.

thank you thats the way i did mine was straight down. i looked at it the motor is against the firewall.
