OK- 6/8 drop and 22" Semis- what Mods?

Alright! looks like some 22" AccuRide's with 265/35's are in my future. So I am wondering what it is gonna take for them to fit properly. I am thinking it'll need inner fender work up front, and prolly widen fenders out back? will the tuck in the front? Any problems with the A/C box at that point?

Anyone have a pic of this setup?
