i saw somebodys profile on here that said he swapped to them while retaining the stock arms. not sure about what he did for steering. im thinking it would be pretty straight forward swap, just use them flipped side to side since the steering on the old ones is behind the axle.

anything else involved in this? it would allow me to use drop spindles and to have slightly larger brakes. just a thought. thanks guys.

i would assume you would need balljoints swapped to. you could just swap the steering arms i would imagine since they bolt on to the knuckles...

i dunno, havent looked in depth at the two side by side yet.

was looking at my suspension yesterday, and it has a bolt in balljoint on the upper and lower. so, i might not have to swap them. but looking at the tiny rotor, that isnt vented, and the itty bitty caliper and pads, i want to do the swap just to get better brakes from it. they seem a bit iffy under alot or pressure.

the pad is literally about 1"x2". haha.

does anybody with an 89-95 yota want to take a couple simple measurements for me? distance on the spindle from balljoint to balljoint. lower balljoint to the spindle stud. and maybe spindle stud to tie rod end hole. so i can compare it to my old stuff, see if its even close.
