Can Anyone Make a Bump Steer Kit?

Can anyone make me a bump steer kit? I am using an escort or tempo rack and pinion on my toyota front clip. I need a bumpsteer kit to thread on the R&P and bolt to the toyota spindle. Can anyone help?
