What's it worth

I picked up a 84 astro from a guy i work with.I planned on dropping it and making it a roadsterbut i don't have the time or money right now. How much should i ask for it? It has a straightbody except for one rear door. It is 4.3 v6 auto,runs and drives. Paint is dead and would need interior redone. I hate to scrap it seeings how it still runs. So what do you think i could get out of it?

around here 600-800 dollars. before gas prices went crazy they were around 800-1100 here.

Conover, NC....I can get some pics up later this evening. I doubt i'd drive it back to georgia... i'd probably trailer it. I think i'm gonna ask $650 for it see what kind of offers i get. It has a cracked windshield and the turn signals aren't working. But this would make someone a good project.

taking into account- kbb, faltering economy, gas prices, condition, etc... id say about 500-600 max. i had a 94 up til about 3 months ago that was MINT and according what they are selling for locally its only worth about 1700.00 compared to 2600.00 3 months ago! (reason i know, is that i wanted another one til i saw that!) plus these things arent that great on gas.

I think i will list it on a few local sites and see if i get any hits. 500 to 600 or b/o sounds good. I gotta get rid of a few cars so i can get back on the Mazda. I love my Caprice but i'm really a mini trucker and the mazda has my heart. I may just have to upgrade here so i can post them in the classifieds.
