89-90 Ranger Parts

Looking for some aftermarket parts for my '90 Ranger..Considering the billet grille and clear lights, but what other options as far as grilles, hoods and such are there? Ive looked into a few areas but would like to see products on an actual truck..

there isnt that much out there for the front end, you can get an explorer grill, explorer limited bumper, and there are a couple hoods out there but thats about it.

does anyone know where I can get stainless a/c vent covers and heater vents for 94 ranger...
