I am starting to rip into a project truck. Here is my question. I am new so bare with me. I have a taco already on air. I want to take the bed off to redo the rear bag set up. When I bought it, some air lines are run through the bed floor-thus I just cant unbolt the bed and lift it off. So, what will happen if I disconnect the air lines to take off the bed, then reconnect them?? Will my air system still work correctly?? Its not a driver, but I do drive it out of my garage to work on it. So I need to be able to make sure that after I reconnect the air set up, I can still air it up to put it back in the garage.. Gots it??

u should be able to undo the lines and hook em back and it be fine. tha big thing is that you use jack stands to old the truck up. cause once the line is apart then the truck will leak down even if its just for the air tank. also try to empty the tank before u disconect the airlines.

Block it up first, then air it out so the bags are down, then dump the tank, then you can pull the air lines.
If you use check valves between the fill / dump valves, you can air up ,leaving the bags full ,then dump the tank & remove lines. I set mine up this way with hard lines going into the bed floor( into bulk head fittings) then into push to connect fitting,so I can pull the bed leaving pumps/tank ,ect. in the bed!!
