Who do i need to talk to, to see if i can show my car. I know last year you had to be invited, witch i was but was unable to bring the car.

Yup send him and email asking him what it takes. I did the same thing with my caprice for the Havoc here in Fresno this weekend. Gonna take it there shortly!
