advice on selling damaged wheels

so i have a set of chrome 18's that I had on a daily driver for a long time and didn't take the greatest care of. Anyways the fronts of the wheels look decent but I had to have one fixed a while back because the chrome was coming apart on the inside of the wheel causing tire damage-i've heard this is a problem with chrome plated wheels. Anyways, I thought about powder coating them and selling them or maybe keeping or just selling as is. What do you think I could get for them? they are mht driv's 5x100-- p.s. i am not trying to sell, i just want to see what you guys think i should do with them

Also- does anyone know if I can return a tire to les schwab if it's not used-- 1 tire is brand new- mounted but never driven
