WELL I NEED SOME HELP BIG TIME!! I GOT SOME LEDS THAT GOT PAINTED OVER AND THE LIGHTS DONT SHINE THREW!! THE FIRST TIME I PAINTED OVER THEM WITH PRIMER AND BLOCKED IT BUT I DIDNT LET THE LEDS BREAK THREW THE PRIMER.THEN AFTER IT WAS OUT OF THE BOOTH I NOTICED THE LIGHTS, SO I THEN SANDED IT ALL DOWN TO THE LIGHTS CAME OUT AND TAPED THEM UP AND PRIMED OVER THEM AGAIN TO FILL THE WAVES UP I JUST PUT IN.OKAY SO AFTER IT WAS BLOCKED AGAIN AND IN THE BOOTH I TAPED UP THE LIGHTS AND COVED THE REPAIR WITH THE COLOR AND THE LAST 2 COATS I TOOK THE TAPE OFF AND CLEARED IT AGAIN. BUT STILL NO LIGHTS SHININ THREW!!! WHAT AM I DOING WRONG? ANY ONE HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE

I havent done these before but i wouldnt prime over the lens at all!!, if u want to have it look seamless it is gonig to be fairly dark, with a heavy film of base to cover( what color is it any way?)( mabey try bigger leds or higher amps,? I have made lights blend into paint before by mixing 1 part base to 3 to 4 parts clear then spray, dont know if that helps but good luck...

you are only supposed to clear over them to make them disappear, although I have seen candy work (dimly).
